The Paso de los Libres region, located in the province of Corrientes, is fundamental to the biodiversity of the Gran Chaco ecosystem. However, it faces significant challenges due to deforestation. This project aims to restore degraded areas by removing invasive species and reintroducing native plants.
By focusing on habitat recovery, the project not only seeks to protect local biodiversity but also to support endangered species and promote ecological balance. Additionally, carbon offsets will be generated through ecosystem restoration practices and improved soil carbon sequestration.
